The urgency and seriousness of the situation require her direct involvement and awareness.
Dear Ms. Colonna, Mr. Lortholary, and Mr. Roy,
I am reaching out with a sense of urgency, hoping to find a swift and peaceful resolution to a situation that, if left unaddressed, could escalate into a serious crisis.
Initially, I had planned to complete my request for interim measures before the European Court of Human Rights. However, as I delved deeper into the preparation, I realized the necessity of a more immediate and detailed explanation of the case and the urgency it entails.
In doing so, I am faced with a dilemma: I was made aware of information that I believe may be [REDACTED]. Public disclosure of such information could potentially [REDACTED]. However, I am increasingly concerned that this information may have been disclosed to me as a form of potential blackmail. While I am reluctant to believe in such a possibility, I cannot dismiss it outright.
Therefore, for the moment, I will refrain from discussing these matters in detail. I have cc’d this email to Assistant Legal Attaché Adam Rogalski and my lawyer, Dr. Edward Lehman, for their awareness and advice.
I must also express my distress over the ongoing human rights violations I have faced in France. My past efforts to alert then Minister of Justice Nicole Belloubet about serious integrity issues within the French judiciary were not only disregarded but led to a criminal complaint against me.
On August 27, 2023, I submitted a settlement proposal through Dr. Lehman, considering the sensitive nature of the information at hand and following a suggestion from the FBI Field Office at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing. The key aspect of this settlement, particularly concerning [REDACTED — name]’s future safety, was detailed to Dr. Lehman via [REDACTED — communication channel].
However, I must firmly state that under no circumstances am I prepared to enter into a non-disclosure agreement that would require me to conceal the crimes committed by McDonald’s Corporation and their accomplices. The notion that McDonald’s is “too big to fail” has been suggested to me, but I categorically reject this assertion. The reality, as I see it, is that McDonald’s operates as a profoundly detrimental criminal organization, having evaded indictment thus far. This is startling, yet perhaps not entirely surprising, considering the extent of their lobbying efforts and the claims of the former CEO of McDonald’s France about the company’s influence over numerous politicians.
If [REDACTED] was intended as a blackmail tactic, knowing my pursuit of justice against McDonald’s Corporation might lead to severe repercussions, it raises grave ethical and legal concerns. I sincerely hope my suspicions are unfounded, but the delay in addressing these issues is perplexing.
I await your response within 24 hours from the time of sending this email. Should I not hear back within this timeframe, I will feel compelled to extend my communication to include French Prime Minister Ms. Borne and French President Mr. Macron, and discuss this matter in further detail.
Please understand that I am also considering writing to the Chinese President soon, possibly within the next 10 days, to request permission to protest publicly in front of the French Embassy. Time is of the essence, and I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
